Because we do the roof work as well, the proofing usually gets done in the same visit rather than needing a separate roofer afterwards, which is where most people end up paying twice.

Needed leak repairs gutter and roof, contacted WD Property Maintenance they came out next day to quote and completed the works almost immediately at a day and time to suit me. They used a cherry picker saving loads of hassle as no  scaffolding, traffic lights  permission and pavement  re route neeeded as property1is very close the highway. While he was on the roof he also spotted some erosion with our chimney stack and fixed it for us. He took before and after pictures so we could clearly see the work which had been done. No. This is a limited service focused on roof-related problems. For a full contract you want a dedicated pest control firm, and we will say so.

I can hear scratching in the loft. What is it?

Time of day is the clue. Daytime is usually squirrels or birds, night is usually rodents. We will confirm on the inspection.

Will you seal up the entry point?

Yes, and properly. That is the part that matters and the part most treatments skip.

Can you stop birds nesting under my solar panels?

How fast can you come out?

Same-day callback, and wasp nests we try to deal with within 24 hours.

Do you need scaffolding, and is it included?

Anything beyond a small repair within safe ladder reach needs scaffold or a tower. Where it is needed it is included in the quoted price, not added later.
