Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m very happy with the service I received. The lock on the mailbox for my apartment had stopped working, and the relevant team responded very quickly and arranged for it to be replaced. The new lock was fitted promptly, and I was provided with the new keys. The person who carried out the work was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout. I really appreciate the quick response and the excellent service. Thank you to the whole team for making the process so easy and efficient. Highly recommended!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cleaning off the moss and sealing my bungalow roof has made it look like new. The men worked tirelessly on a very hot day and were considerate and polite throughout A job well done.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Needed leak repairs gutter and roof, contacted WD Property Maintenance they came out next day to quote and completed the works almost immediately at a day and time to suit me. They used a cherry picker saving loads of hassle as no scaffolding, traffic lights permission and pavement re route neeeded as property1is very close the highway. Service was excellent completed quickly and efficiently despite being an awkward job Highly recommend

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had WD Property Maintenance come out and clean our gutters, solar panels, and put up some anti-nesting wire. While he was on the roof he also spotted some erosion with our chimney stack and fixed it for us. He took before and after pictures so we could clearly see the work which had been done. We're really happy with the work, team were professional, quick and reasonably priced. Would recommend and would have back again for any further works needed in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. William and his team were of the highest quality. The work they carried out was incredibly quick, professional, and very tidy (in what is clearly a messy job). The house looks brand new and I couldn't recommend them more highly. The cost was incredibly competitive as well. 10/10. They even carried out extra little bits at a moments notice and without surcharging extras. The after and before pictures speak for themselves.
