WD Property Maintenance is run out of Witham. The person who prices your job is the person who turns up and does it, which sounds like a small thing until you have had three different firms quote and none of them come back.

There is no sales rep, no call centre and no script. You ring the number and speak to the person who will be doing the work. If we are up a ladder, you get a call back the same day.

The business started in exterior cleaning and grew into roofing, which is an unusual combination in Essex and a genuinely useful one. Most roofers will not touch cleaning and most cleaning firms will not go near a roof, so people end up with two contractors and two sets of excuses. Here it is one number for the whole outside of the property.

Needed leak repairs gutter and roof, contacted WD Property Maintenance they came out next day to quote and completed the works almost immediately at a day and time to suit me. They used a cherry picker saving loads of hassle as no  scaffolding, traffic lights  permission and pavement  re route neeeded as property1is very close the highway. While he was on the roof he also spotted some erosion with our chimney stack and fixed it for us. He took before and after pictures so we could clearly see the work which had been done. The work they carried out was incredibly quick, professional, and very tidy (in what is clearly a messy job). The house looks brand new and I couldn't recommend them more highly. The cost was incredibly competitive as well. 10/10. They even carried out extra little bits at a moments notice and without surcharging extras.
