Needed leak repairs gutter and roof, contacted WD Property Maintenance they came out next day to quote and completed the works almost immediately at a day and time to suit me. They used a cherry picker saving loads of hassle as no  scaffolding, traffic lights  permission and pavement  re route neeeded as property1is very close the highway. While he was on the roof he also spotted some erosion with our chimney stack and fixed it for us. He took before and after pictures so we could clearly see the work which had been done.
