What we do with your details when you contact us. It is short, because we do very little with them.
Who we are

What we collect
If you fill in the callback form we collect your name, phone number, postcode, the service you are interested in, and anything you type in the message box.
If you ring or WhatsApp us we will have your phone number, and we will usually make a note of your address so we can find the job.
If you browse the site we collect anonymous usage data through analytics, as described in our Cookie Policy.
Why we collect it
So we can ring you back, quote your job, turn up at the right address and invoice you afterwards. That is the whole list.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to marketing companies. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not send newsletters.
Where a job requires it we may share your address with a scaffold supplier or a skip company. They get what they need to deliver, and nothing else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Records of completed work are kept for six years, because we guarantee our workmanship for ten and HMRC requires records to be retained.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ring 01376 388022 and ask, and we will sort it.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
This website runs over an encrypted connection. Form submissions are stored in the website database rather than emailed around, and access is limited to us.
